Mavila is a social enterprise startup aiming to develop and implement technology to address socioeconomic development issues in marginalized communities. We have three main divisions:

• Mavila Technology - Developing digital solutions for local businesses and communities 
• Mavila Community - Engaging with communities and addressing socioeconomic issues 
• Mavila Ventures - Social Impact incubator that creates ventures to provide social impact through technological solutions. 

CORPORATE SECRETARY

• The company secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. 

Requirements :

• Ability to think critically, and strategically. Willingness to learn is a must with a strong interest in corporate management (HR and Finances) and to strengthen company governance. 
• Ability to read and write in English well (Active use of English is a plus) 
• Ability to work systematically and independently with high attention to detail. 
• Able to work under pressure to deliver under tight deadlines 

Duties:

• Coordinate recruitment initiatives and scheduling 
• Willing to learn and advise Directors regarding tax, corporate regulation and corporate administration (experience in tax, legal is nice to have but not required) 
• Provide accurate and timely data and information to Directors to make decisions and strategic initiatives (ability in cost accounting, HR management or reporting is nice to have but not required) 
• Coordinate and schedule board meetings, regular company meetings and Director schedules. 

JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

• You will be with the Mavila Technology division developing solutions for local businesses and communities. 

Requirements :

• Have a strong passion in programming and latest technologies, and impact to community, fresh graduates are welcomed 
• Have experience in mobile app or web app development 
• Familiar with Node.JS and developing custom services 
• Writing reusable, testable and efficient code 
• Have exposure to data storage solution such as MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL 
• Familiar with testing frameworks, package managers, and version control (Git, Mercurial, Subversion) 

Duties:

• Responsible to develop web or mobile app solutions for our business and communities clients 
• Develop and launch our community outreach through technology program 
• Work with the team to develop services (front-end or back-end) 

FRONT END ENGINEER

• Design UI UX solution and develop into web or mobile applications that meet the needs of our business or community clients.

Requirements :

• Has a good portfolio of mockup designs from previous projects (send with CV) 
• Detailed oriented and has a good sense of user-centric design solutions 
• Have HTML and CSS experience 
• Experience writing code in Javascript and familiar with Vue and React. 
• Strong debugging and diagnostics skills 
• Experience in delivering responsive web and mobile applications 
• Familiar with testing frameworks, package managers, and version control (Git, Mercurial, Subversion) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication (written english is required) 

Duties:

• Create quality mockups, wireframe and prototypes to meet client needs using image processing tools (XD, Figma, etc) 
• Develop client application from design mockupsDevelop and launch our community outreach through technology program 
• Work with the team to develop front-end services 
• Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability and meet client needs 

BUSINESS ANALYST

• Mavila is a social enterprise startup aiming to develop and implement technology to address socioeconomic development issues in grassroots communities and local businesses. You will be with the Mavila Technology in a fast paced and exciting startup environment developing solutions for our business clients 

Requirements :

• Ability to think critically, and strategically. Willingness to learn new technologies, concepts and procedures 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English 
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication, Critical & Logical Thinking, Problem Solving, Consulting, Business Process Design 
• Experience in software development process is a plus 
• Ability to structure storylines and create presentations 
• Familiar with processes in rural banking and IT implementation 
• Strong interest in developing social impact solutions is a plus 

Duties:

• Project management and work planning 
• Conduct requirement analysis, to ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, pragmatic 
• Provide support to resolve customer issues and develop and implement a continuous improvement plan 
• Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solutions
