- Terbiasa dengan pekerjaan pakai fisik

- Mampu bekerja & berkomunikasi dengan team
- Jujur, tanggung jawab, dan teliti
- Sistem gaji borongan (2 minggu sekali)
- Bebas domisilinya dan siap bergabung
- Siap bila ada tugas ke luar kota/luar propinsi (Ada mess/kost*)

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology/Human Resource Management/ Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.
- Good understanding of organizational structure, job grading, and job evaluation.
- Proficient in HR Strategy, KPI, and Talent Management concepts.
- Able to develop SOPs, Company Regulations, and HR reports in a systematic manner.
- Able to develop and implement company regulations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to HR policies and processes.
- Develop and implement Company Regulations (PP) in accordance with applicable policies.
- Develop and execute Manpower Planning based on organizational needs.
- Conduct Manpower Budgeting and workforce efficiency analysis.
- Implement and monitor the employee Performance Appraisal system.
- Develop Manpower Development programs and employee competency enhancement initiatives.

- Good understanding of Labor Law and industrial relations regulations.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Foreign Worker Permit Administration (RPTKA/IMTA, KITAS, etc.).
- Detall-oriented, proactive, and able to work Independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Description
- Identify and develop new project opportunities.

- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Prepare sales activity reports, sales forecasts, and regular project status updates.
- Develop marketing strategies and conduct market analysis to increase sales.
