Requirements 

ECOMMERCE & INVENTORY ADMIN & CS STAFF
Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders: This might involve checking websites or emails for orders, inputting them into a system, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Generate sales reports: You could be tasked with compiling data on sales performance and trends.
  • Communicate with sales team: You might provide support by creating sales quotes or following up with leads.
  • Manage inventory: tracking stock levels, receiving deliveries, and processing outgoing orders.
  • Maintain warehouse organization: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and labelled is crucial.
  • Prepare shipments: Packing orders and ensuring they're addressed correctly falls under this role.
  • Respond to customer inquiries: This could be via phone, email, social media, or chat, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints: Resolving issues politely and efficiently is a key CS responsibility.
  • Process returns and refunds: You might be responsible for issuing refunds or processing returned items.

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and prepare products to be packed according to Picking List/PO.
  • Pack products according to SOP.
  • Check and record incoming and outgoing stock periodically, daily and monthly.
  • Ensure that the physical stock matches the stock in the system.
  • Ensure that the number of packages and expeditions is correct.
  • Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of packing tools and place, warehouse.
  • Print shipping waybills/labels.
  • Loading and unloading products.
  • Take packages to the shipper.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer operation
  • Physically fit and non-smoker
  • Willing to work overtime when needed
  • Diligent, honest, agile, responsible, and disciplined.
  • Able to work full-time and not currently studying/part-time.
  • Able to drive and have a SIM A is a plus

TAX ACCOUNTANT STAFF
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operation in Finance, Accounting and Tax Department
  • Prepare and manage cash flow, financial, billing, AR/AP, Petty Cash, and related
  • Manage taxes reconciliation (including monthly SPT, annual SPT, and others tax requirements) - Tax Art 21, 23, 25, 4(2), 26, VAT, etc.
  • Manage accounting planning, accounting reporting, tax planning, tax reporting, compliance, tax submissions, audit and reporting
  • Verify the completeness of the documents required for financial transactions
  • Performing reconciliation of financial data precisely
  • Able to prepare and review annual corporate income tax
  • Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
  • Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting, Taxation or other related disciplines with minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Fresh graduate or experienced as a Tax Accountant or in similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation regulations and accounting standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to conduct tasks and identify potential errors or discrepancies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in relevant tax software and tools
  • Willing to learn and adapt to different technologies, new regulations and updated standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new products from concept to commercialization, leveraging market trends and consumer insights.
  • Manage timelines and budgets for product development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Handle all paperwork required for the BPOM and Halal regulatory process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding readiness, price updates, completeness of documents, etc. related to materials.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance or services (service, delivery timeliness, delivery fleet quality, material quality, etc.).
  • Take responsibility for the internal QC process after production (Retain Sample, Routine Lab Testing, etc.).
  • Assist in coordinating with the factory team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in product development in the food & beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes, sensory evaluation, and food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to relocate to Surakarta City
