What you will do:

• Design, develop, and implement driver-partner acquisition processes
• Focus on building up the supply of motorcycle, MPVs, van, and pickup bak in Semarang and the surrounding 
• Hands-on offline driver-partners acquisition & onboarding
• Maintain order fulfillment corporation and non-corporation
• Increase Lalamove's brand awareness

What we seek:

• Experienced in operations background, preferably from a startup company
• Posses relevant knowledge of the Semarang market
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in English
• Experience and familiar with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
