• Prepare wages including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
• Onboarding newcomers to the company
• Scheduling production batches based on inventory levels
• Apply for permits for foreigners
• Prepare customs document incoming & outgoing goods for local or export-import
• Follow-up shipment export - import by coordinate with customs staff & another related department for this activity
• Monitoring shipment status import & export
