4. HEAD BAR

Requirements Loker Semarang Februari 2021 di LOT 28 Coffe & Bar :

• Female/ Male max 35 years old
• Having minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Have an excellent coomunication skills & service oriented
• Proven food and beverage management service (3)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication, and leadership skills (2,3,4)
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets (3)
• Knowledege off all standart procedure to food preparation, receiving and storage (2,3)
• Ability to keep the kitchen/bar organized , stocked and clean (2,4)
• Having ability computer editing software (Photoshop, etc), can use Adobe Creative (illustrator, Photoshop, indesign, audition, after effects, premiere), smartphone editing applications (CANVA,etc). (1)
• Demonstrate good judgment and good problem solving (2,3)
• Willing to work shifting (2,3,4)
• Positive attitude and ability to work as team player
