We need :

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITY AND MAIN TASK :
  • Responsible for customer complaints regarding food service, observe and evaluate workers, maintain working procedures to ensure quality standard service, complete disciplinary.
  • Assisting manager to ensure daily operational running well. Supervise and responsible for restaurant operational in daily basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of restaurant area, including maintaining food quality product.
  • Preparing schedule for crew and conduct daily briefing. Business oriented.
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Male / Female with ages maximum 35 years old.
  • Minimum requirement D3 More preferably from hospitality school. D3 or S1 are advantages.
  • Have minimum 2 years experience at the same field or position.
  • Having a good leadership, strong analytical, strong initiative, and integrity.
  • Communicative, good looking, energic, and self motivated Able to work in a team or individually.
  • Willing to work underpressure.
  • Willing to be placed at Sixteen 8 Restaurant / Green Cup Cafe. Can join as soon as posible.
