"With the concept of a hospitality business with unique nuances of Art and Colonial Style" with 32 rooms, restaurant, lounge, ballroom, and rooftop. Is opening for aspiring individuals for below position :

1. ENGINEERING LEADER
2. MARCOMM

Qualification :

• Minimum of 1 year experience in related positions
• Communicative & Have a good leadership spirit
• Good Attitude & Good Manner
• Having experiences as a hotel pre opening team / new hotel project will be considered
• Able to work in a team, high loyalty and ready to be placed anywhere
• Computer literate
• Car drive (having SIM A) are preferred
• Familiar with multitasking and able to work in budget hotel ambiences
• Have a good grip of Engineering Department (1) and Sales & Marketing Department (2)
• Maximum 35 years old (1) and 28 years old (2)
• Having Electricity, Construction & Plumbing, Technical Maintenance knowledge and skill (1)
• Having experiences as a Hospitality Public Relation / GRO / Hotel Sales & Marketing and 
• having account database are preferred (2)
