BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

Requirements :

• Having experience 1+ years in software development and implementations (Odoo ERP preferred)
• Ability to think critically, and strategically. Willingness to learn new technologies, concepts and procedures 
• Ability to structure storylines and create presentations
• Familiar with processes in rural banking and IT implementation
• Strong interest in developing social impact solutions is a plus
• Strong experience in agile techniques and approaches to solving business problems
• Strong experience in process analysis 
• An inquisitive mind and a passion for improving client’s business performance
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication, Critical & Logical Thinking, Problem Solving, Consulting, Business Process Design

Duties :

• Full time based
• Project management and work planning
• Conduct requirement analysis, to ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, pragmatic
• Provide support to resolve customer issues and develop and implement a continuous improvement plan
• Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solutions

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Requirements :

• Active using social media (facebook, instagram, twitter) 
• Good in english
• Having a wide network on Social Media and the latest platform
• Able to understand strategies in Digital Marketing
• Interested on creative digital
• Having the ability to design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw and another similar software)

Duties :

• Freelance based
• Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting for social media marketing
• Manage all social media accounts of corporate
• Able to create concepts and content in video, visual and audio
• Provide regular reports regarding developments of social media

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Requirements :

• Having experience 1+ years in project management
• Detail oriented
• Ability to think critically, and strategically. Willingness to learn new technologies, concepts and procedures 
• Ability to structure storylines and create presentations
• Familiar with processes in rural banking and IT implementation
• Strong experience in agile techniques and approaches to solving business problems
• Strong experience in process analysis 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication, Critical & Logical Thinking, Problem Solving, Consulting, Business Process Design

Duties :

• Project management and work planning
• Provide support to resolve customer issues and develop and implement a continuous improvement plan
• Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solutions
• Ensuring preparation for starting IT projects
• Make project execution planning in a budget, timeline and scope of work
• Conduct technical analysis with analysts, engineers when the project is running
• Lead the internal team that will carry out the project
• Supervise the project in the team so that it goes according to plan
• As a point of contact with clients during the project
• Perform management and handling problems in the project both internal and external.
• Regularly meet with clients to update the project

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)

Requirements :

• Smart working, creative, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and consistent to achieve goals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• You like to improve things and ensure good quality
• You like using systematic analysis approach.
• You are confident using tools and systems to manage large and/or complicated assignments.
• Enjoy thorough testing and bug-seeking
• Experience in manual testing (web or mobile apps) is a plus but not required

Duties :

• QA will work together with Engineering team to ensure and improve the quality deliverable through a systemic approach to quality
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, could be both manual and automated
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Execute test cases thoroughly before deadline
• Report bugs found during testing
• Prevent any bug leaks on production by thorough testing in development phase

FRONT END ENGINEER (FEE)

Requirements :

• Has a good portfolio of mockup designs from previous projects (send with CV)
• Detailed oriented and has a good sense of user-centric design solutions
• Have HTML and CSS experience
• Experience writing code in Javascript and familiar with Vue and React.
• Strong debugging and diagnostics skills
• Experience in delivering responsive web and mobile applications
• Familiar with testing frameworks, package managers, and version control (Git, Mercurial, Subversion)
• Excellent written and verbal communication (written english is required)

Duties :

• Create quality mockups, wireframe and prototypes to meet client needs using image processing tools (XD, Figma, etc)
• Develop client application from design mockups Develop and launch our community outreach through technology program
• Work with the team to develop front-end services
• Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability and meet client needs

FULL STACK ENGINEER (FSE)

Requirements :

• Having experience 1+ years in programming
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication (written english is required)
• Has a good portfolio from previous projects (send with CV)
• Detailed oriented 
• Proficiency with languages such as HTML, CSS & javascript
• Experience writing code in Javascript and familiar with Vue and React
• Familiar with testing frameworks, package managers, and version control (Git, Mercurial, Subversion)
• strong in algorithm logic
• must know scrum & agile development

Duties :

• Developing Front End website design
• Designing user interactions on web pages & mobile apps
• Developing back end website applications
• Creating servers and database for functionality
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs.
