CORPORATE HCGA MANAGER
Qualification :
- Ability to establish company's culture & shared values across employees is paramount
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Good leadership & innovative mindset to optimize performance across diverse talent pool
- S1/S2 in Psychology , certification in management/leadership/life coaching
- Comprehensive understanding in government law & industrial relations
- At least 5 years working experience in the area
Main Responsibility :
- Develop and implement integrated Human Capital & General Affair Management Strategy in all business units within the company
- Develop good performance measurement tools for all business unit
- Develop sustainable training program to boost overall organisation performance
- Build and establish good corporate culture
LEGAL SUPERVISOR
Qualification :
- At least Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent from reputable university
- Min 1 year of working experience in related field for this position
- Preferably with background property & hospitality Tbk Company
- Having good knowledge in government licensing bureaucracy procedure, legal drafting & corporate permit
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Placement in Ungaran (Kab Semarang)
