Position : 

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Location : 

• SEMARANG

Job descriptions :

• Gives the good quality of service to customer.
• Respond, manage, and perform of analyzer installation, maintenance and repairing including application problems.
• Analyze, solve and report of technically problems.
• Manage internal technical training for field service engineers, other teams and customers.
• Support local sales / marketting personnel activities.

Job qualifications :

• Education : Diploma degree or above (Teknik Elektro or ATEM)
• Age : below 26
• Experience :
• More than 2 years as field service engineer or technical support in medical diagnostic field. Familiar with service process and responsibilty. (Fresh graduate welcome).
• Familiar with hematology & chemistry reagents and it’s application.
• Able to work both individually and team, and willing to work travelling around Jateng-DIY and east Indonesia.
• Language skill : Good command of both written and spoken english.
• Computer skill : Familiar, know about computer hardware including I/O connection, and software including windows and application installation.
