  • Renjana Nusantara, exist to accelerate development in communities. Partner with local businesses and communities to design and implement sustainable community development programs and build social enterprises. 
  • Mavila Ventures, Social Impact incubator that creates ventures to provide social impact through technological solutions. 

Requirements :

  • Having work experience 2+ years in the field of community engagement
  • Having experience as a project leader or any role in project management
  • Having experience in document / report making
  • Having experience in building organizations and good governance
  • Must have advanced skills Microsoft office
  • Must have their own motorcycle, SIM A is preferred
  • Must possess solid interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with community
Critical Thinking 
  • You must be very detailed oriented with strong problem solving, analytical, organizational skills and include evaluate reasoning, involved decision making. 
  • You must be able to create social impact concepts 
  • You can translate your concept into a detailed implementation scheme. 
  • Creative thinking, strong logical structure and a good level of detail 
Duties :
  • Implementation
  • Bridging between the community and institutions
  • Coordinate with village government and another institution
  • Deliver and provide understanding about the program details to community
  • Communicate the situation in the field and opinion from community
  • Partnership with institution or company to meet the program needs
  • Monitoring/supervising the program until completion
  • Handover of results to the community and key stakeholders
  • You must be to collect & verify data 
  • Content making for reports, website updates and publications 
  • Produce written report/documents of projects with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and with strong attention to detail 

Requirements :
  • You are entrepreneurially minded. This role is multi-faceted and requires a team member who can respond to needs as they arise. 
  • Enjoy taking on challenges and persisting to find creative solutions, and you are constantly reflecting and improving. 
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work cooperatively with others and a willingness to both give and receive feedback. 
  • Preferred to have of 2 years demonstrated professional experience 
  • Experience in supervising, coaching, teaching, or working with youth, particularly those who are low-income rural communities 
  • Interested in the fast-paced, changing environment of a growing organization and you are comfortable navigating ambiguity. 
  • Attention to details, and understand that in a business environment, even the slightest error can lead to customer service challenges. 
  • Able to communicate clearly and are comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the organization. 
  • Able to understand basic financial statements and understand financial risks 
  • Able to create basic budgets, financial models to support decision making 
  • Have a sense of humor and you like to have fun. 
  • You have a driver’s license. SIM C required. SIM A is preferred. 
  • Social Enterprise Business Modelling 
  • Create a business model for the social enterprise ideas, clearly define the value proposition 
  • Create a budget to implement the pilot projects 
  • Create a pitch presentation to investors or potential partners to fund the pilot project or business 
Business Development
  • Building relationships with local businesses and communities to promote partnerships with Renjana Nusantara 
  • Growing the Technology and Community Development units as well as growing the social enterprise in incubation 
  • Coordinate with village government, local businesses and other institutions
  • Deliver and provide understanding about the social enterprise to the community
  • Communicate the situation in the field and opinion from community
  • Partnership with institution or company to deliver a pilot project
  • Building an implementation team
  • Executing the pilot project until completion and growing the customer base

Requirements :
  • Having experience 2+ years in selling IT product / service or application / solutions
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Negotiation and prospecting skills
  • Knowledge of IT products and services to identify potential issues or business opportunities
Duties :
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, principals, and government
  • Maintaining good relationship with clients.
  • Cross-channel engagement strategy, design, and development. (web, mobile, social, and directly)
  • Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions.
  • Identifies new business opportunities
  • Identifies product improvement or new products by studying latest market trends and closely monitoring the competitors
  • Sell product (IT software)
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Requirements :
  • Ability to think critically, and strategically. Willingness to learn new technologies, concepts and procedures 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English 
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication, Critical & Logical Thinking, Problem Solving, Consulting, Business Process Design 
  • Experience in software development process is a plus 
  • Ability to structure storylines and create presentations 
  • Familiar with processes in rural banking and IT implementation 
  • Strong interest in developing social impact solutions is a plus 
Duties :
  • Project management and work planning 
  • Conduct requirement analysis, to ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, pragmatic 
  • Provide support to resolve customer issues and develop and implement a continuous improvement plan 
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solutions 

requirements :

Duties : 
  • Acquire new customers
  • Weekly appointments with potential clients
  • Attend networking events
  • Oversee the business development process from beginning to end: evaluate clients’ needs, schedule sales presentations, collect the necessary information to open new client accounts
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through high quality service
  • Develop CRM to efficiently log activities, prospects and clients.
  • Address customer complaints and propose sound solutions
  • Obtain knowledge of the market through research, trade associations and relationship development.
  • Seek to implement new ideas and or techniques learned through experience and interaction with peers.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of courtesy, efficiency and professionalism when communicating with internal and external clients
  • Effectively plan and execute sales strategy

Requirements :
  • Has a good portfolio of mockup designs from previous projects (send with CV)
  • Detailed oriented and has a good sense of user-centric design solutions
  • Have HTML and CSS experience
  • Experience writing code in Javascript and familiar with Vue and React.
  • Strong debugging and diagnostics skills
  • Experience in delivering responsive web and mobile applications
  • Familiar with testing frameworks, package managers, and version control (Git, Mercurial, Subversion)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (written english is required)
Duties : 
  • Create quality mockups, wireframe and prototypes to meet client needs using image processing tools (XD, Figma, etc)
  • Develop client application from design mockupsDevelop and launch our community outreach through technology program
  • Work with the team to develop front-end services
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability and meet client needs
