CUSTOMER SERVICE
(Female and speak Indonesian/English)
Job Description:
- Build and maintain contact with our clients and prospects in the hospitality industry.
- Engage into cold calling in accordance with our scenario’s
- Prepare commercial actions such as sample shipments, sponsor events.
- Discuss client design requests with our design department.
- Perform other administrative duties, keeping our client relation system up to date.
- Possibility to travel sometimes to meet clients in person.
- Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
- Fast learner and multitasking
- Clear understanding of deadlines, responsibility and commerce
- Open minded and cooperative, no 9 to 5 mentality.
- Excellent organizing and team work.
- Able to operate MS Office.
