GRO

• We are looking for an outgoing Guest relations officer to make clients feel at home and to guarantee their contentment
• You will furnish clients with an excellent problem solving skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills to ensure a memorable and genuine experience. 
• The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring guests’ inquiry and complain to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Requirements :
• Minimum Diploma degree of any major study
• Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
• Friendly, positive, energetic disposition
• Elegant, Smart and tidy, in appearance and behavior
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation to a range of work situation
• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Prepared to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints

WAITER

• Male/ Female max 28 yo
• Good looking and hard worker
• Have experience 1 year in same position with a proven letter
• Able to work under pressure
• Eager to learn about a high standard sequence of service
• Have a good communication skill
• Able to work in team
• Eager to work in shift

BARTENDER

• Male / Female max 28 yo
• Able to work in team
• Have knowledge about cocktail liqueur & Spirits or have eager to learn about it
• Good looking and hard worker
• Have experience 1 year in same position with a proven letter
• Eager to work in Shift
