Responsibilities  & Requirements :


SOFTWARE ENGINEER (SE)  
( Salatiga, Jawa Tengah )

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a hands on, to-notch Software Engineer who can work with Microsoft C#, C++, Visua Studio, Windows Forms and SQL server to implement components of our software products and robotic control systems. There is no shortage of challenges at Formulatrix : image acquisition and processing, robotics, embedded software, data analysis and performance optimization is daily work for everyone on our team. The position requires an extremely hands on person able to motivate and lead the teams through development projects in a fast-paced, aggressive growth, international business environment. Candidates should possess strong software development and problem solving skills. Candidates must work well independently, with worlwide team members, and on-site with customers. Travel to customer sites and offshore locations may be necessary as needed.

Requirements:
  • 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software programming.
  • Have experience with software development, software delivery, and post-implementation support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with system architecture review, OOD and software programming in a team environment.
  • Strong experience with C#, C++ and Net is highly desirable. Java is an acceptable alternative.
  • Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary
  • Excellent communication and customer reletionship skills.
  • Ability to wrok 50 hours/week minimum
  • Ability to travel as needed.

R&D MECHANICAL ENGINEER  (R & D)  
( Salatiga, Jawa Tengah )

Responsibilities:
The position requires a highly organized, detailed oriented and extremely hands person able to work in a fast-placed, aggressive growth, international business environment. The position requires a highly motivated person simultaneously take multiple products from concept through maturity. Candidates must exhibit a high degree of ownership and commitment to releasing quality products on time. Candidates must work well independently, with worlwode team members and customers.

Requirements:
  • D3 / S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering with heavy focus on manufacturing, product design and energy conversion
  • Demonstrated experience with moving part mechanical design, material research, BOM(Bill of material) in a team environment is preferred.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software(i.e. Solidwork, ProE) is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
  • Excellent communication in English and Indonesia both oral-written and customer relationship skills.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AO)  
( Semarang, Jawa Tengah )

Responsibilities:
  • Mengunjungi dan berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan para debitur dan calon debitur guna memberikan informasi tentang produk bank atau memperoleh informasi dan dokumen yang diperlukan secara dalam persyaratan kredit.
  • Menyusun account plan agar pelaksanaan tugas-tugas dalam rangka pencapaian target lebih efisien dan efektif.
  • Secara periodik melakukan kunjungan dan review terhadap performance klien, serrta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan maupun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh klien, sehingga dapat secara dini merekomendasikan langkah yang tepat.
  • Membina hubungan dan komunikasi yang baik dengan para klien guna meningkatkan loyalitas  dan hubungan yang saling menguntungkan dengan menawarkan kepada klien produk dan jasa lainnya sesuai kebutuhannya dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian.
Requirements:
  • Pendidikan  minimal D3 segala jurusan
  • Pria / Wanita dengan penampilan menarik usia max. 27 thn
  • Fresh Graduate, komunikatif, memiliki SIM A / C dan kendaraan pribadi
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah Semarang dan sekitarnya.

STAF GENERAL AFFAIR (GA)  
( Semarang, Jawa Tengah )

Responsibilities:
  • Melakukan purchasing / pembelian aset kantor (misalnya pembelian ATK, Furniter dsb)
  • Mengurus pemeliharaan asset kantor (Misalnya jadwal perbaikan /service mobil operational kantor, maintenance gedung kantor dsb)
  • Berhubungan dengan pihak ketiga dalam perjanjian jual beli atau sewa menyewa (misalnya mengurus perjanjian perpanjangan sewa ruang kantor)
  • Mengatur jadwal/agenda kedatangan tamu perusahaan (misalnya untuk booking hotel, booking tiket pesawat, mengatur jadwal kunjungan dsb.)
  • Mengatur akomodasi untuk perjalanan dinas pegawai kantor
Requirements:
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
  • Pria usia max. 30 thn
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Tambak Aji, Semarang
  • Berpengalaman di bidang manufaktur minimal 1 tahun.
