We are Tour & Travel Company has established since 1966 at JATENG & DIY urgent required for position :
HRD MANAGER
Qualification :
- Last education min S1 HRM/Psychology/Law.
- Experience in HR Head role at least 5 years.
- Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Integrated System) is preferable.
- Good Communication, Strong Leadership, and Problem Solving skills.
- Capable in MS Office program is must be.
- English passive and active.
- Manages all aspects HR i.e recruitment, training, payroll and industrial relation.
- Synchronize Policy, SOP, and Rules from Group Head to Branches at JATENG & DIY.
- Ensures that all Policy and SOP has been distributed to all branches.
- Planning and controlling budged for employment matters.
