PT Morich Indo fashion is leading garment manufacturer based in Ungaran Semarang, Central Java. To support our Productivity project, we have an opening for the following position

1. INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING STAFF AND ASSISTENT IE MANAGER 
2. SAMPLE MANAGER 
3. MERCHANDISER (FOR SEMARANG) 
4. PPIC 

Requirements :


INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING STAFF AND ASSISTENT IE MANAGER

• Degree in Industrial Engineering min GPA : 2.75 
• Male / female with age max 35 years old 
• Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial Engineering 
• Continous Improvement Mindset 
• Can work under pressure 
• PDCA Thinking 

SAMPLE MANAGER

• 2 years experience leading a team of development and sample. 
• Experience in handling woven and knit fabric. 
• Experience in sport wear, jackets, track suit, dress pants and dresses. 
• Fluent in English and ms office 
• Capable to communicate directly with buyers, read the tech pack, 
• Execute the sample making process as per buyer request. 
• Expert in sewing technique and able to simplify sewing processes. 
• Understand pattern. 
• Able to do sewing & full knoledge of understanding sewing techniques 

MERCHANDISER (FOR SEMARANG)

• Male / Female 
• S1 in any discipline 
• Min. 2 years working experience as Merchandiser at Garment Factory 
• Having excellent knowledge on garment details, fabric and accessories 
• Fluent in english both oral or written 
• Computer Literate 
• Mature, highly motivated, pleasant personality, hardworker and able to work independently 
• Able to start working immediately 

PPIC

• Male/Female 
• Min. D3 in any discipline 
• Min. 2 years working experience as PPIC at Garment Factory 
• Fluent in english both oral or written 
• Computer Literate 
• Mature, highly motivated, pleasant personality, hardworker and able to work independently 
• Able to start working immediately
